I’m Tui.

For over 20 years, I’ve walked alongside wāhine, supporting them through change, overwhelm, healing, and reconnection. My background began in health and fitness, but my work quickly grew into something deeper: caring for the whole woman, mind, body, spirit, and relationships.

My mahi is grounded in lived experience, cultural wisdom, and years of working with women and whānau. I draw from wellbeing coaching, wairua work, nervous system care, parenting support, and connection to whenua and nature.

Wild & Free was created because I saw how many women were doing everything for everyone else, while slowly losing themselves in the process.

This challenge isn’t about fixing you or pushing you to be more.


It’s about creating space to return to who you already are, with guidance, rhythm, and support.
